The villa
Villa Duchessa is a beautiful 19 th century building recently renovated, located on a hill in the heart of a vineyard in Arezzo, Tuscany. The facade of the house presents four overlapping arches in twos, according to the typical 1700s design from the architects of the Gran duke Leopold of Loraine. With its six bedrooms, this property can accommodate up to 12 people and represents an ideal place for an incredible getaway in Italy.

One of the most exceptional travel experiences of my life and I am very well traveled!
Six of us spent an unforgettable week at one of the two villas set in this winery estate on a hilltop surrounded by the wine orchards and olive trees overlooking the hill town of Arezzo in the distance. We felt like we were on a movie set as the villa and the meticulously groomed grounds were exquisite! Huge beautifully furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Huge glassed in kitchen and dining room. A lovely pool! A terrace with an unforgettable view of the valley towards Arezzo.

Our stay has been amazing.
The hosts have helped us in so many ways to make our stay wonderful. We have particularly enjoyed the dinner in the wine cellar with a beautiful view on tuscany landscape, and our wine tasting evenings. We know more about how to enjoy good wines.
The villa is beautifully renovated, confortable rooms and bathrooms, the pool is super enjoyable too. Thank you so much for this memorable week-end!

This was the third time we visited this place. This time we spent 2 weeks in the Villa, which is in a really beautiful location on a hillside. The view from the villa down to the valley and the surrounding mountains is absolutely breathtaking.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where it is nice to spend time and have breakfast and dinner. In warm weather it is nice to dip in the swimming pool, which has space for all guests.
The villa is really beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
All the attractions of Tuscany are very close by and it was so wonderful to return to the villa to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing!
