Even prettier than in the pictures. Perfect for a group of friends and families. Villa includes private apartments/studio in it, not just bedrooms. 10/10 in every possible way.

Wonderful hosts- created and coordinated experiences during our stay- restaurant recommendations, massages and an amazing chef with family cooking lessons! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The house layout is perfect for a large family& friends gathering. Welcome amenities made a huge difference. Location is centrally located to many of the hill top towns and wineries. We will definitely be coming back!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped, and combines private and public spaces very well. The scenery is more beautiful than the pictures show and the area is full of lovely towns and of course Perugia as a nearby hub. Our holiday was great also because of staff's help and recommendations on everything we needed. We highly recommend the house and its wonderful owners for a perfect holiday in central Italy.
