The villa
The house is a two-storey stone villa built in 1900. It has been carefully restored and furnished with the owner’s personal collection of contemporary art and travel mementoes. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The main house is 300 sqm and the annex is 400 sqm. Then the property has 1.7 hectares of farm land of which half are private gardens with fruit and olive threes and cypresses. Below the main house there is a large swimming pool, surrounded by aromatic rosemary plants, and a stunning panoramic view of the Val d’Orcia.
